Clos des Lunes – Lune d’Argent is the Grande Cuvée of the estate. This wine showcases the full potential of Sémillon, complemented by Sauvignon Blanc. The 2022 vintage is a blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. A portion of the wine (25%) was aged in oak barrels for 6 to 7 months, with regular bâtonnage.
The result is a pale straw-yellow wine with an intense and complex bouquet, revealing notes of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate, the wine is generous and juicy without being heavy. The lemony freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc provides a beautiful contrast to the rich character of the Sémillon.

Notes of boxwood, flowers, pear and white peach mingled with a lovely reduction preface the 2022 Lune d'Argent, a moderately weighted, round and satiny palate, with plenty of charm and a long, ethereal and enticing finish. This is a straightforward, elegantly crafted white wine: 89 points.
