"Dufftown-Glenlivet. Sixth to rise of the Dufftown distilleries at the heart of Speyside, Dufftown-Glenlivet's pure water source of as jealously guarded as its prestigious name. To enjoy this creamy cask-strength 21 year old single malt as its best, measure one part whisky to two parts still water at room temperature. Any slight cloudiness is normal in an unfiltered cask-strhngth malt. On tasting, the fresh green-gold colour and honeyed nose introduce firm bodied flavours of toffee and fudge, and a gingery, sweetly smoky finish."
