Brook-Laddie” (Gaelic for “raised beach”) is a privately owned distillery, run with passion by true artisans on Scotland’s wild west coast island of Islay. Distilled, matured and bottled at Bruichladdich. Non chill-filtered and caramel free – to maximise aroma, weight and depth of flavours. Hand-crafted by Jim McEwan, our Master Distiller, from personally selected oak casks.
To release the full complexity of flavour, add some still water. A haze will appear proving the unadulterated status of a truly natural single malt. This will also temporarily occur while stored at low temperature."
