"The Balvenie Distillery lies at the heart of Speyside, in the Scottish Highland. Nowhere else will you find a distillery that still grows its own barley, still malts in its own traditional floor malting and still employs a team of coopers to tens all the casks and a coppersmith to maintain the stills.

Our fifth rare craft is that of Malt Master David Stewart. His five decades of experience have been put to fine use in creating this rare expression by marrying together beautifully aged Balvenie matured in traditional whisky oak casks and sherry oak casks. The result is a deliciously complex single malt."
