Mortlach is crafted using Alexander's unique process. So the taste of the beast of Dufftown is not that usually found on Speyside. 2.81 Distilled Mortlach has a depth of flavour rarely seen in any malt whisky.

Our Malt Master have skillfully combined a characterful range of finely aged casks to bring out all the complexity of the rich, swirling aromas and sweet-savoury layers of flavours in this Mortlach 25 year old."
