The skill of the stillman at Glengoyne Distillery is to ensure that only the best spirit that comes from the stills is used to produce Scotland's Unpeated Malt. This spirit is known as The Middle Cut.
To celebrate this ancient art, Glengoyne Distillery has produced this strictly limited edition replica spirit safe of only 100 bottles, each one has been numbered and signed by Ian Taylor, our Distillery Manager.
We have carefully selected a distinctive example of Glengoyne which was distilled in 1967 and bottled in 1997. This is number 35 of this strictly limited edition.
